Still leave 3.1 Billion and a possible 30/70 split...

or .30 and .70...

Do the 1:1000 r/s on the old .30 and $700...

Leave CWIR at about .25 with the ss reduction...

Foundation formed Encounter, NPT and CWIR

Encounter @$700 clear, CWIR @ .25 with about 500 Million over sold and NPT @ .30 with about 400 million left to clear. Restricted and 1:100 clean up might be fun...So NPT has more pop with the restricted and possible clean-up. Remember the 14 million number. Puts NPT in the $50 range or more when done.
