Lumb will never file anything with the SEC. Legitimate companies register with the SEC, and those that aren't don't.

GNCP is not a legitimate company. There is no chance they will EVER file a registration statement with the SEC and have to disclose the ownership of those offshore companies receiving (and dumping) the billions of common shares into the market. They would also have to prepare audited financial statements, which is impossible.
