I really think this is the most important issue surrounding our company currently. And is the only thing that could derail this dream stock. It sounds like Robert is not worried about this, and that is very relieving. Would like to get some sort of confirmation via our attorneys or something soon.


IMO this is what all the discussion should be based around, since, as stated nothing happens really until financials are provided.

I really hope G.L and triton old management did not pull some crook bs right before transferring ownership. Why else would he be stalling this process.

Sal, as we know Robert can't definitely tell any individual a milestone unless publicized. Insider info is a not cool! That said, he can send out strong signals like "Extremely optimistic" and posting the possible ticker symbol on the LinkedIn page and that could signal we are days away. Maybe just awaiting FINRA signatures, transfer agency work or some other simple step in the process.

Also using reasons of "Triton holding it up" might wanted to be worded in past tense but again saying "Triton was holding the financial up" says too much. It will be interesting to see how much longer based on the PR'S "15 business days" and Robert's clues.
