$AVOP~ MUST READ DD~ 1. An Apr. 7/14 PR [http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=61759610] indicating that:

1.1 AVOP's management has approved a friendly takeover

1.1.1 I see this as a good sign since both parties want the takeover and the rise of the pps from the triple zero to close at .002 on Friday is the best proof we have right now that the intentions of the takeover will bring value to shareholders

1.1.2 This value is stated in the PR: "The opportunities currently available for a public company in this swiftly growing market have the potential to yield exponential growth, realizing a significant value for our shareholders."

1.2 Marijuana Incubator Group, Inc. is an **early contender** in the rapidly evolving newly legalized Cannabis industry

1.2.1 I think being first to market in a an exploding industry will prove to give AVOP increased traction and gains through early entry into the M&A niche they are seeking to operate in. Being able to be one of the first few M&A financiers in an exploding industry is very beneficial for AVOP.

1.2.2 The timing of entry is very important to the point that Management elude to it twice in the Apr. 7/14 PR, see two timing-related excerpts below:

1.2.2.1 the Company has set its sights on expansion into the California and Colorado markets, which are among the current **forerunners** in Marijuana legalization

1.2.2.2 "We are pleased to be an **early competitor** in this robust evolving new industry; established and in operation as a public entity," stated Bryen Beglinger, Chief Executive Officer of Marijuana Incubator Group, Inc.

1.3 Seeking to develop the Company through Merger and Acquisition, and Joint Venture partnerships with established Cannabis related businesses such as harvesting operations and dispensaries, crop enhancement technologies for increased yields and revenue producing ecommerce industry related projects

1.3.1 It will be interesting to find out how these M&A and JVs will be financed and established, and through who and with who the M&A will be completed. For the stock price to rise and stabilize above 001 indicates that some of these relationships may be already in the works and the financing may already be in place. It will be interesting to see the details as they become available.

2. A website (mjiginc.com/index.html) that gives stakeholders a glimpse of what is to come and how their business operations will be structured to facilitate the M&A business models which you have very well pointed out in your post:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=100594266&txt2find=avop

2.1 In your post, you indicated that:

It looks like AVOP is going to be the ”Incubator” for quite a few companies to provide the ”market nourishment” needed for them to grow into maturity to be able to exist on their own. It appears that in return for their efforts, each company will leave a ”dividend” to us AVOP shareholders as each company matures into its own operational public entity

2.2 The nourishment you are referring to is key and timing is paramount as AVOP makes an early entry to ensure they capture the success of M&A activities that will nourish the growth of this exploding industry early on, again timing is key

It will be very interesting to see how everything unfolds in the coming months.
