You can take you complaints to the CoB or the director(s) and if that doesn't get a result then you can take it to Admin...so "the citizens" still get to have say.
You are 100% on target. The bottom line is that everyone who posts on IHUB and follows TOU gets an evenhanded decision from IHUB Admin. If a chairman starts a thread, which is noncompliant with TOU, then that chairman is liable and can be held accountable.
