Not true- I've been trying to unload 500,000 shares @ .0005 with no luck yet.

It's a make believe narrative he has developed to feel better about the stock. Shares above .0002/.0003 are not moving because there are no buyers above that level. Value is always determined by the buyers, not the sellers, and right now they value this stock at .0002 per share.
