"In conclusion and for the aforementioned reasons stated, I am inclined to believe that KBLB shorting does happen and it's unfair to point the finger at one entity (at times) ,when there are obviously individuals shorting penny stocks on any given trading day....
Not when the very purpose of KBLB's financing deal was designed to be a preventative measure against death spiral financing. "

just for the record, i said there was no significant shorting occurring in kblb...average investors cant reasonably do it...and i saw no evidence that csc was shorting...
but if massive shorting were to occur, csc would be the prime suspect...and no, there is no design in the financing that prevents csc from shorting if they decided too...im sure thats what you were told... its hogwash...
as long as kim just takes a little bit at a time, it should be fine...if he starts needing more, he will be given more...

kblb is the addict and csc is the only supplier around...as long as kblb is able to control their habit, its all good... if they get strung out, it could get ugly fast...and we know kblb's needs are growing...(thought id use an analogy a detective would understand)...lol

glad you finally discovered toxic financing...its not happening with kblb...but this running of the company on a shoestring cant last much longer...

Even I shook my head in disbelief, for I didn't want to accept the fact that there are actually tutorials on the subject of shorting penny stocks.

This surprises you?

Considering it is so hard to do, there needs to be tutorials. i.e. special broker and then just how to do it and make money.

I have only shorted things that are EXTREMELY liquid.

Not when the very purpose of KBLB's financing deal was designed to be a preventative measure against death spiral financing.

How is this so? How is CSC different?

Evil Shorting:

Sell

Awesome Longing:
Buy
then
Sell

Just remember, every penny stock is waiting for that inevitable naked short squeeze. I'd rather focus my mental energy on...... ya know, the fundamentals and prospects of the company.
