Igal has a great domain portfolio that not very many know about, he has names such as Jerusalem.com and Satellite.com as prime examples of top quality domains. Igal is also one of the top .tv investors in the world. Registrations include names such as Sport.tv,Television.tv and hundreds others.

I'd say that "immunotherapy.com" will be sold for well over 1 Million. Pizza.com was held on to for years and was the first big domain that sold for 1 Million. Immunotherapy is big and this could fetch $10M easy
The problem is it would best fit a company that has a drug that would be involved in "ALL" immunotherapy and with flipped-PS being that global biomarker and just may fit that picture....
Many companies pick any and all names even sounding close to their domain name/copyrights/etc.... simply to avoid having a frustrated competitor or ex employees that left on bad terms to try and make their former company look bad. Sounds familiar on here with some...
