David,

NICE!! This is precisely what I was looking for. I'll follow up with this when I get more time. This was filed in November. As I recall, Madcatz was in December. Awesome!!

Halbaag, can you find David Foley's FCC ID number on the FCC website? It does not appear to be there!

Interestingly, both numbers: FCC Report T131106D02-RP1-2 and T140326D06-RP1-2 refer to the Madcatz MOJO.

The FCC ID in Foley's pic - 2AB5MNP-11001 is not found in the FCC database. Neither does any manufacturer/grantee have the code 2AB or 2AB5M (grantee code is either 3 character/digit or 5 character/digit). This is NOT a Foxconn code. not even close.

But, interestingly the report which has the CLOSEST grantee code is 2ABMFNT-169 - is for Madcatz MOJO - the tiny sound board that provides the 3.5mm sound jack and the photos show the Madcatz MOJO enclosure and it lists Madcatz as the product:

https://apps.fcc.gov/eas/GetApplicationAttachment.html?id=2194825

(or go to https://apps.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/ViewExhibitReport.cfm?mode=Exhibits&RequestTimeout=500&calledFromFrame=N&application_id=515326&fcc_id=2ABMFNT-169 and click on Internal Photos or External Photos.

So Foley posted an image (real or Photoshopped) that lists an FCC ID that is not on the FCC database AND which references two Madcatz FCC Reports.

Very odd. Looks to me like (if the image Foley posted is not fake), NTEK had a report filed by a Chinese manufacturer (all 2AB- prefixes are Chinese no-name manufacturers) that claims test reports done on the Madcatz MOJO motherboard and audio microboard, and somehow the FCC ID and the NTEK/no-name manufacturer report that Foley supposedly clipped that image from are BOTH NOT ON THE FCC WEBSITE!!!

Sure looks like piracy of the MOJO with an attempt (now failed) by Foley to keep the piracy secret and the cites to the docs off the internet. His numbers don't check out, and the ones that do are for the MadCatz MOJO. Note that even Foley's own image references pre-existing MOJO test report(s).

Please post whatever you find on this. The Foley Follies are unraveling fast.

Um Dave, the RECEIVED DATE: November 05,2013 for the NP-1 is identical to the RECEIVED DATE for the MOJO, right?

I found a link for the MOJO EUT Description but could not find a link for the NP-1's EUT Description:

https://apps.fcc.gov/eas/GetApplicationAttachment.html?id=2194833

No link found

Oh, looky here Dave, Model No. 60211 on the CES and NAB labels on the NP-1 are the same as the MOJO Model No. (highlighted in purple boxes)
