Bud look what others have done with similar SS some even bigger that ran to .0989! Now those shares are not locked like PMRS is so looking at the chart we can see that this can fly really high. Company isn't diluting and has no intentions of doing so. They have the money needed. I'm pretty sure we have covered this before so I'm not sure why the doubt??

What about HEMP, ran to .34 in Feb., basically same share structure as PMRS, until the phot debauckle
HEMP stayed over .10, now between .08 and .09. No reason PMRS can't do the same thing.
