However this company managed to get to this low point in its existence, embrace the opportunity to buy at these low prices.
The problem last time was eggs all in one basket? Is Mr.Starrs taking care of that issue this time so he doesn't make the same mistake twice? By selling the license and not trying to do it all alone.
