"Who cares?....Those that had to put up with Sykes stating so boldly that he was shorting KBLB,while suggesting others hop on board. "

100k shares?...lol

"You state that CSC is the only who can but now who cares if Sykes did or not"

again...100k shares is the claim...its insignificant...and its just plain stupid...
you can choose to believe sykes if you want...its irrelevant...the fact is, only csc has the means and reason to want to short kblb...and i doubt they would do so legally...it would be too much money for too little profit even for them...

if one looks hard enough, im sure there are some who will claim to have shorted 100 shares of kblb...i wouldnt believe them either nor would it matter...

"I stated hedge funds or entities"

may as well have been hedge funds or aliens...

"In this instance,I don't believe you can provide the data necessary to prove your point;plain and simple. "

you want data to show that something is not occurring?...you have provided data that shows 65% of the trades on certain days were short...yet the pps went up...lol....i think ill just skip the data stuff altogether...it'll save the folks at the sec another phone call...

"Yet i've been on the boards for a little over a year and have also seen and heard a lot of repetition"

true dat... and?

T4O it is just my opinion but he is no different than the pump news letters really. Look at when he started calling it.

Like a promo news letter they call their winners after the fact. So a stock goes up 10% and the next day it goes up 10% And they call their new winner. Other people sign on to the pump and while the promoters are selling the market is buying and they go up 100% In the end the promoters do not take the credit for the PPS climbing the 100% from when they announced it they claim 10000% from the beginning.

Once a stock is up a gazzilion % and the pumpers start selling the PPS begins to fall. That is when Sykes and people like him come in and talk about shorting. It is obviously on a retrace but they will claim they called it.

If Sykes was right on KBLB he would have been shorting it on the way up and covering on the way down not the other way around. He would have called it as a shorting target when it crossed the .10 PPS. I would have to believe him if at .06 he had called the short if it crossed .10. He didnt. He waited till we were well in the .20 and had dropped to the .15 area and then said he is shorting.

I have never found a promoter or shorter news letter that called a PPS before it happened.

I have a spam box full of them and I let it build for 2000 spams and go back and look for the very first time a site calls a buy or sell and they are always off by days or even weeks.

If all the traders get hooked to one like with PSC a few years back they would call it and everyone would jump on board. If you were not greedy you could take your share but those news letters only show up every few years and they dont last long before there is trouble with the SEC

So JMHO If you want to believe in someone believe in someone who has called a win long before the win happened. They are rare to non existent.
