It is and has ALWAYS been the state of incorporation that govern!! This is very clear. When attacked regularly without mercy, without morality, with pure arrogance fueled by greed and pride, and bought and paid for regulators, it becomes clear that a company has to do what's best for the company and it's shareholders. That means protecting it's assets/value. Chickens are in route to roost! Damn shame it gets to these levels but given the impunity that these crimes have been committed, major moves had to be made. This offshore cash must return home to its owners because survival of the country depends on it because it is "the peoples" assets! The wicked shall store it up for the just. We'll, time has ran out on the wicked. Hammer time!!!
