The real question here is... WHO???

On February 15, 2014, the Company executed a term sheet with a third party in which the third party shall invest a gross sum of $1,000,000 in exchange for a 50% interest in the Company.

No one is going to spend a milly on a company for shares if they were not certain, dead certain of a mega return.

There is not one person that has ever criticized John Campo could get up off their computer chair and convince someone to spend a million on any company.

You try raising a million and you will see how hard it really is!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I wanted to point out is that it was a completely empty PR. Nothing about anything. The purpose of a PR is to inform investors. It just makes me wonder about Campo if he is actually capable of handling this business or even worse is if he is trying to deceive in some way.
