It was planned before the AGM - how easy would it be to say something generic like 'to facilitate future growth and marketing we may look to register a shelf etc etc'.
I have as much faith in management as the next guy so do not misunderstand my posts, however optically it is not great. Thus the hope there is a PR otherwise the ball was dropped IMO on communicating clearly with shareholders which has always been an absolute strong point from this leadership team. Hence my surprise at how this has come out of nowhere on Good Friday...
