Looks like MDIN actually waited until they get some nice deals done, realize revenue, profit etc. If they wanted to scam the Investors after planning to start the business again, they could have spent money and time on Chill removal, got the chilled removed last year and Increase the A/S and release some false news and dilute the shareholders like Hell.
Instead they took the route of getting the deals done like listing the products on Walgreens.com, drugstore.com, amazon.com, QCI direct, Sears.com etc. Ideally no longs are worried about the PPD as long as the Business is growing and products selling in Major retailers, new products launched etc. Thats what MDIN management is doing exactly. Its really good for the Shareholders. get the actual value.
Who worries about the Chill? Only those who are day traders, short termers. why should the company focus on day traders, Short Term Holders. The company cares about doing well in the Long run and the PPS will adjust by itself. Thats what Nick Tweeted and I agree with him.
