You would have to think they will issue a PR on
Monday that accompanies the shelf. 45M is massive given the current market cap. Have to say releasing a week after AGM and on a holiday is stinky.

Its not a new stock issuance. Its a shelf. The shelf is in place for the next 3 years to be opportunistic if/when something comes along. XXII has many years worth of cash in the bank. If you read between the lines and look at the use of proceeds portion of the s3 one can speculate some pretty powerful M&A activity... IMHO
