I can only speak for myself and my bank. Whereas I was able to trade it where I reside in Canada last year, I am no longer able to do so. My buy orders were marked "rejected" and I tried a few times on Thursday. I will contact my bank on Monday and try to find out exactly why. In my many years of trading, it is the first time ever that any order has been rejected.
I see that there has been a total of 14 trades since the new year for an aggregate total of less than 1.5 million shares so somewhere it is able to be bought and sold.
