No-one goes to jail in a civil action.
Jail is a risk only in criminal actions.

As I understand it, there are a few individuals on this board whom have spoken with Mr. Ali directly, and have some degree of rapport with him. Thus, may I task those same individuals to dispose themselves to contact Mr. Ali with the direct intent to broach the following questions?
1) Will the name of the licensee ever be revealed to the shareholders?
2) If so, will this revelation be made soon (give time estimate)?
3) Why at all, is the licensee’s name being held under such secrecy?
