Many of the biotechs have been severely hit with the DJUSBT sell off but only $ONCS has made this dramatic recovery in PPS. Someone in the know has done considerable manipulation on $ONCS to either buy-to-cover or simply acquire more $ONCS shares by tripping stop-loss orders before the Mon Apr21 ASCO update of Abstracts.

So the big question is what does this someone in the know expecting to happen on Mon Apr 21 with the ASCO website update for Abstract presenters?
