A stockholder's share count will remain the same, once the chill is removed and the stock is trading again.
The only thing which would affect the stockholder's share count would be a reverse split, and this will no doubt occur sometime in the future.

Professor I. Nelson Rose is an internationally known scholar, public speaker and writer and is recognized as one of the world's leading authorities on gambling law. A 1979 graduate of Harvard Law School, he is a tenured full Professor at Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California, where he teaches one of the first law school classes on gaming law.

Professor Rose is the author of more than 300 books, articles, book chapters columns. He is best known for his internationally syndicated column, "Gambling and the Law ®," and his landmark 1986 book by the same name. His most recent book is a collection of columns and analysis, co-authored with Bob Loeb, on Blackjack and the Law.

A consultant to governments and industry, Professor Rose has testified as an expert witness in administrative, civil and criminal cases in the U.S., Australia and New Zealand, and has acted as a consultant to major law firms, international corporations, licensed casinos, players, Indian tribes, and local, state and national governments, including Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, Texas and the federal governments of Canada and the United States.

With the rising interest in gambling throughout the world, Professor Rose has spoken before such diverse groups as the F.B.I., National Conference of State Legislatures, Congress of State Lotteries of Europe, United States Conference of Mayors, and the National Academy of Sciences. He has presented scholarly papers on gambling in Nevada, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, England, Australia, Antigua, Portugal, Italy, Argentina and the Czech Republic.

He is the author of Internet Gaming Law (1st & 2nd editions), Blackjack and the Law and Gaming Law: Cases and Materials.


Conrad Granito is currently the General Manager for the Coushatta Casino & Resort located in Kinder, Louisiana. He is leading a work force of over 2500 and an operation with over 2800 slots, 68 gaming tables, 24 table poker room, 6 food outlets, 500 guest rooms, 18 hole championship golf course, 4000 seat arena and 110 stall RV park. Mr. Granito is spearheading a major capital project at Coushatta which includes a major remodel of the current hotel properties and casino as well as adding 401 hotel rooms. This will be the catalyst to rebrand the entire property and update the overall image in the marketplace.
Prior to this Mr. Granito served as Tamaya Enterprise Inc. Board’s (TEI) General Manager of the Santa Ana Star Casino. Mr. Granito was instrumental in assisting the Santa Ana Pueblo in refinancing outstanding debt twice which has enabled the Tribe and its business operations to operate more effectively.
Mr. Granito was previously the General Manager of Sky Ute Lodge and Casino, which is owned and operated by the Southern Ute Indian Tribe of Southwest Colorado. Prior to Sky Ute Lodge and Casino, Mr. Granito was the President/COO of GameTech International. During his tenure there the company became a publicly traded entity and realized a 40% growth in market share. Prior to GameTech International, Mr. Granito was the General Manager of Isleta Gaming Palace located south of Albuquerque, New Mexico. While there the gaming operation experienced quadruple growth and a tenfold increase in net revenue. Mr. Granito’s gaming career started with the Sycuan Band of Mission Indians where his final position was Director of Gaming Operations. Mr. Granito has also consulted in the areas of feasibility studies, site locations, internal controls, gaming development, marketing and other related matters with over 50 Tribal Gaming operations.
