And from what has been reported thus far, there was/is merit to both of these suspensions. Pretty well investigated. Ultimately, this is great news for this sector. The suspensions will have placed the fly-by-night MJ companies on notice that these activities won't be tolerated. It didn't help us these past two weeks because PHOT was and is a very popular, solid outfit. It appears so far that the violations were not systematic, and that the companies continues to fully cooperate with the feds. I suspect that when PHOT comes out of suspension, which should happen the last week of the month, they will come out relatively unscathed. The PPS will of course reflect the suspension, but they will recover at some point. JMO.
