Good story, I use Scottrade & E*Trade. I had shares in that tv channel flop as well. I think the ticker was something like QBID. Any way sorry you missed MONA but I don't think it's too late.

You have to call TD Ameritrade, and they will place the order for you. I have TD, and this is what I did.
