Don't even see 3 as an option... I think his rep is up. 1 or two and I would bet on 1.

This is a guy who was apprehended with a briefcase containing 1 million dollars cash.

Legally, he'll stay at 1 & 2 and stick it in our faces. There will be a few who like it, but they dwindle (or become more 'comical') each time he pushes a PR.

He is really overestimating the value of a grow OP and a weed show to think he can continue to dump shares and not go to no bid

You can rule out Number 3. His buyers are financiers. They want to buy at a very, very large discount to market, so they can make a gigantic profit when they turn around and sell.. There are NO circumstances in which they'd buy at a premium to market.
