if you read it on the internet, it doesn't make it necessarily false,either.

Are there other means to break the law and short? Sure....

We are definitely in agreement with that and as the focus of the discussion isn't "how to build a better mousetrap" i'll leave it at that.

but that is not something that is happening to every stock every day like it is credited for in the OTC.

I am just focusing on KBLB and the fact that shorting is reported and does go on.

A hedge fund (or some other entity) could short a company with a potentially disruptive technology,if said entity were heavily invested in the company that would stand to potentially lose market share dominance.

This is but one scenario.


KBLB....more than just a ticker symbol.
