Maybe someone can correct me. But I was thinking the way the 10% or 5% first loss would be insured with Mortgage insurance.
Is this a fact, a probability, a possibility or just off base?

I was thinking Uncle 0's friend Uncle Warren would stand to benefit handsomely????
