Here are a few things I would like to know.

-During what periods did they not hold the cert now being reinstated?

-Why can't I find a trademark filing registration 1A designation for COPS or Telefix on the USPTO site but the marks signify registration.

-Why is the office absent of people when visiting during normal office hours. Field work, offsite etc??

-Why don't they answer the phone or respond to emails. Please don't respond with the NDA excuse. ;-)
