I suggest reviewing the rules of insider trading. Every shareholder has the right to meet with company leadership and perform their own due diligence. Meeting staff members is not insider trading. Touring facilities is not insider trading. Reviewing product on Budgenius.com is not insider trading. Reviewing Weedmaps and reading news of how many dispensaries and collectives that are located in Los Angeles and throughout California is not insider trading. And following the company for 2+ years and doing my own do diligence to indicate there isn't enough concentrated marketing and targeted promotion by the company up to this date, is not insider trading.
