#63020 RE: slow okie #63019

It was announced on March 12, 2014 and reported by various newswires:

One apparently reported the planned transaction as a reverse merger in which ADR, most likely a private company, was to acquire Worthington from Asher, Magna, La Jolla Cove and other Worthington shareholders.

On what newswire(s) was it reported that ADR was to acquire WGAS?

Unless otherwise proven, I think it is becoming more and more clear that this was, at best, incorrect information and could possibly have been falsified - especially given the fact that this game is being played with the site location.

$WGAS is a super diluting, one TRILLION+ split-adjusted share pig.

Residual sludge sucked out of old wells in Kansas isn't going to make much difference.

Great post.

Whats interesting is the same Data flow and tag is on Magna's /ASHER/la Jolla/ ADR profiles as well as Worthingtons.

Thats quite a big screw up if it is a screw up

A cross check of other transactions that are listed under each entity proves that those transactions are being listed correctly so why wouldn't the Transaction we are discussing be.

Somethings happening,

Whether its a good or bad thing for commons I don't know.
