Your not entirely wrong. Thought Peake was CEO of Alpha not just head of ops. Has she any experience outside the US raising money? Saw that Sorensen attempted to file a false 8k was he duped by Peake who is trying to become CEO of the parent? Sorensen went to Malaysia and did the report for Gilford. So, I assume he did belong on the board. But he also got fired from Gilford shortly thereafter. My digging on Tsai is underway. So far I have found several awards but nothing negative. I will hit pay dirt on all of them shortly. Just seems like this company can actually be something if all parties would settle and start working for the shareholders as opposed to their own agendas.
