the quote was csc was the only one who could possibly do it and benefit from it..
they are the financiers...those shares they are getting are already discounted..they are the only ones who have the money and/or connections to do it if they so desired...
its simply too expensive and far too risky for anyone else to do it...ben is one of the connections that would make it easier for them..but there are others connections that would help also...
in any case, they don't appear to be doing it...surprisingly...I had thought they would...
