As far as dilution goes, it has to happen to a large extent just to operate in any start up. Never had a problem with average dilution. Now, diluting without supporting solid movement on production, or buying/leasing more until production has been accomplished; I have a big problem with that. Changes the primary game plan away from producing and onto acquisition. Acquisition of assets should not outweigh production efforts.
