Assuming PEIX tanks to the $12s on this news, PEIX will be my worst performer of the year. Investors won't like this news at all, and my view is the stock tanks on Monday, even it is only a refresh of the 2012 $100M plus $50M. I mean first the $28M offering, and now they need more, despite supposedly having huge cash flow coming in for the next couple qtrs. Announcing it on Good Friday is another bad sign. In fact as I'm writing I'm starting to feel more like $11 next week ! Good thing I sold 1/3 my shares around $15 to buy CPSS. Sheesh !
