I could show you posts where IMDS lied repeatedly in their PR and SEC filings saying just that. They used that as the carrot to dangle in front of all the rubes and the instrument with which they could sell billions of shares, knowing all the time they lied through their teeth.

They abandoned the FDA trials years ago, and internal emails alleged by the SEC say IMDS knew they were lying. All that happened was a slap on the wrist and a small fine, and it's business as usual for the Grable scam machine.

Does anyone have a doubt in their mind that Linda is at IMDS every day running the show behind the scenes?

...and would issue false PR's re how close to FDA approval they were.

Hell, they were doing that for years!

They KNEW that they were not going to have enough cases to even file the FDA application, but back before the magic 61% poison pill every shareholder was forced to swallow happened and they thought they needed the shareholders to vote, they lied and they admitted that to Mr Mancuso of the SEC!! It's a disgrace!

Then the day after the s/h vote, they stated there would be a delay, then promised the FDA filing about 6 or 8 more times in their SEC filings and PR's!

Isn't that just what you stated they MIGHT do? Well they've already done it! And, they SCAMMED a lot of investors in the process.

The ruse continues.
