good point. They have up to 3 years (or until Phase 1 is completed whichever comes first) to make deposits for that stake. I hope they will not start doing that as early as this year while cash is still low and shareholders are suffering.

I see your point. Let us og for a 10 % stake then. 25 % will bind up too much Capital at the cost of buying back shares and cash dividends.
