Some other companies have nothing going for them yet their pps moves.

For APDN it's all about new segments, new partners, DLA Mandate, MDA project and all the hype of a trillion dollar market and we head down from mid 20s to 10 cents over the last one year or so.

Unfortunately every time one thinks of getting out, there is always some pending announcement out there which gives you hope that this time it will ring true and you don't want to miss it, having held so long.
