I was thinking more along the lines of cannabinoids which is derived from Cannabis plants (pot, as you reefer to it).

THC is already in drinks and selling.

Product description: The Dixie Elixir is one of the first carbonated THC-infused drinks on the market, available in flavors like sparkling peach, red currant, pomegranate, and mandarin. The drink is available with 40mg THC or 75mg THC, depending on how much you plan to kick back and relax. Huge bonus with this product: Carbonation supports rapid THC delivery.

They're both no? Not mutually exclusive... They are a beverage company **most likely** expanding into the THC beverage market through a JV.

So it's not a pure MJ play for sure, but definitely a component of their future business and honestly could be their most profitable. First mover advantage in setting up a national distribution channel in the RAPIDLY growing MMJ states would be a gold $MINE (pun clearly intended).

I actually think that with all the panic in the MJ sector there may be a rush into a new potential MJ play (even if only partly bfavre) with a well established company run by industry heavyweights.

Not "CEOs" who play dumb when it comes to SEC rules/filings...
