Now that is an excellent post concerning ADTM and the truth behind the 229 million "fully diluted" share count. The actual O/S is 25% lower at 166 million.

Somehow I get the feeling that the truth in Durand's post will be countered as being "ha...that's a lie". Warrants and options are not involved in today's pps and outstanding share count for ADTM.
