+1 AK lets not forget Berge has confirmed we will indeed PR when all notes are done converting. With no new notes since 09/01/2013 which has been confirmed on the 10K and from Berge. It literally is any day now. I am done predicting what day it will be because it is all guess work but the date will be soon!
