They could go for an acquisition but would probably have to redo the share structure. Don't think they have enough cash on hand to pay for a reasonably sized company up front.

They have 3 lawsuits pending totaling 11-12 million dollars. They already won one lawsuit for $1,800,000. This money will give them the capability to further expand. It seems they are turning the corner as a company. Bills are being paid and the dilution has ended for quite some time now

I've been following this companies story since 2011. it's bigger then you might think, do a little research.
