I assume those were rhetorical questions since I believe I know the answers. At this point I want to remind nonesuch or whatever, DO NOT send me private posts. I've already told you I won't accept them as private and will post them on the public board. I am not asking other members to do likewise but if they did I wouldn't consider them as copy-cats. LOL

I'm of the opinion that a lot of incomplete information I have about this company over the last few months/few years may soon come to light.

And WOW FINALLY I THINK, and I'm not sure I believe it just yet, but it may be almost to the point where when one asks for the truth, the other is obliged to answer.

How many shares of stock have really been issued, voided, cancelled over the last few years?


How could a Reverse Merger / Reverse Split deal have gone through without a shareholder vote especially after the last shareholder vote ??


Was the last shareholder vote even valid according to State Law? according company Bylaws?


In my brokerage account, had that proposed share exchange agreement occurred, would my EXBX shares have been replaced by something new (but at a 1/2000 fraction)?


Who were the less than 10 people that may have been the recipients of 20 million proposed post-split shares in the last proposed share exchange agreement ?


How does $50,000 cash consideration in exchange for some unknown Series stock commandeer more than 50% of the total shareholder vote, if indeed that's what it did?


If shares were issued, what was the consideration for those issued shares?


WHEN IS THE NEXT SHAREHOLDER MEETING AND SHAREHOLDER VOTE ????



These are just a few things I have questions about. I have many more. I'm sure many of you have questions too.
