It's nice to hear updates to give us some positive news and hope this can be start of positive things to come. We have lots of potential but our share price is still hurting and I am still unsure if I should acquire more shares. I hope my decision to hold off on adding more shares are not going to be a regret. I still feel positive about solar 3d but due to constant downward trend has me worried even though we are getting good news. I am going down with this ship or hopefully to the moon and have all my fingers crossed for a great first qtr earnings report. Good luck to all who are truly long and hope we start seeing uptrend on this stock. Jim, deliver us from all the doubters and take us to the sun.

I noticed the same thing. A couple of times it took 4 days for the 4 form to show up. If it does not show up tomorrow we might be good. Crossing my fingers. I had mentioned before about maybe he might hold some and what that might mean to confidence.
Only guessing though.

the only place i see his trades normally is at nasdaq.com aftermarket: i saw one for the first time today for a very low volume selling higher then we finished. 16:00 $ .064 High 3,830

Actually the last trade by the trust was 4/11 which I think is when I posted that I thought he was done. Maybe wrong on date though.
