I still get the sense that maybe Solomon believes the stock is stuck in the 50 cent range as long as we are on OTC. He did say that as justification for applying for Nasdaq.

So maybe he figures he might as well sell shares at this level as the stock will stay in this range regardless.

In reality, had he not issued any shares since the mega farm deal I think we would be over $1 now. We were getting ready to break out and then the frontrunning shorts kicked in, followed by the dumping.
