I don't think that indicated I was a smart feller - just capable of seeing the fairly obvious. Nevertheless, whatever circuitous path Apple takes the living room, I only care that they get there, and get there* quickly before anyone else gets up a head of steam.

*"There" = a la carte content at reasonable prices (hint: $10/show/mo. is not within a country mile of reasonable), searchable on-screen in the living room, and on-demand in the primary use, with supplemental capacity to DL for other niche uses (i.e. what you purchase for the living room auto-senses a universal account and can also be gathered up on your PC for eventual iPod use later, if that's your thing - or better still, eventually, 1-click DL of the mini version to your phone or iPod directly from the living room, either wirelessly or via a local dock.
