and they cant be by the average investor...and that's all that's here...average investors..
those article have nothing to do with penny stocks...they are about massive fraud which also happened to include shorting of major stocks...not penny stocks..
there is no significant shorting in kblb..the only ones who could possibly do it and benefit from it is csc...but I see no indication they are doing so...
if shorting truly does start occurring and csc is involved (as it most assuredly would be) it would be very very bad news for shareholders...
you have never heard me tell anyone to sell...but if the above starts happening, that would be a sell signal..sell it all and sell it fast..
Well to be honest T4O I agree that pennys cant be shorted, but I am meaning pennys as in pinksheets. The stocks mentioned are technically penny stocks according to the SEC but they are not pink sheets trading for under a dime.
I dont think anyone who has the money needed to secure a short on a penny stock would even play with a penny stock.
