So I'd have to drive to WalMart, pay $9.50 to send funds to another WalMart then have my friend drive to pick up the funds to deposit into his bank.
Or I could use the MyECheck App from anywhere/anytime to send the funds from my bank account directly to his for as little as 15 cents.

The money centers at WalMart are not open 24/7 either.
I know which one I'd choose, I'm sure the rest of the population knows what's better too- MyECheck

Wal-Mart will probably fund transfers themselves. Use cash within the stores.
