The rumors I keep hearing make it sound like FRTD is about to blow the top off this thing. My guess is whoever this deep pocketed buyer is he must feel like there's more to this than just rumors. In my opinion the first large contract we see from here and we're at .06, and after the 2nd contract we should challenge the .10 level
