Yes, because I have not been holding a year so 35% taxes vs 15% looked better to me if I could have made it to September. Like I told my wife if this would have stayed course with no SEC I would either look like a genius or but since this happened I look like a moron. lol

PF, cut the guy a little slack. No one saw this coming. No one. Even Forbes has stated that. PHOT was compared to Apple on CNN Money on March 17, 2014. Your criticism of the poster would be like telling the TRT* shareholders to dump their shares tomorrow because they are trading at 73 cents. PHOT fell apart not because of the shareholders, but because of the pigs/criminals in charge. And that has really hurt the entire sector now. I believe criminal arrests are coming next which will hurt the sector even more. JMO.
