The dude doesn't have a crystal ball, if he did he would be in Vegas! It may happen with $DSCR for many reasons mentioned on this board. I own a small company and negotiate contracts, sometimes it takes months to nail a deal down when you're negotiating you don't want to seem too eager then they get the best of you, just have to be patient with inkies that's the way it is.
