So, correct me if I am wrong please. The way I read that is approx. 269 mill outstanding shares with a total of 5 bill shares and 2,500,000 preferred?

If so that is acceptable numbers I would think. somewhere close to what a lot were guessing anyway. Now I wonder why that hasn't been posted earlier but still that is somewhat acceptable
